Junior Warrant Semi Finals 23rd October 2016
Vicki and Joey had a fantastic
time at the JW Semi Finals. Joey LOVED his time in the big ring. unfortunately they did not get picked to be in the final 10 but we are so PROUD of Vicki and Joey for getting
there.
Gravesend Open Show 16th October 2016
It was a bit chilly but a nice day at Gravesend. In a BIG entry of 15 Cresteds.
Bubbles - Shanshal Made in Essex takes 1st Post Graduate followed into 2nd place by her sister Squirrel - Shanshal Well Jel JW. Brother Joey - Shanshal Essex Boy JW takes 2nd in Open.
Bubbles then beats off all competition to gain BOB! and the goes into the Toy Group to gain a Group 3!

It was a lovely show as always at Barking.

City of Birmingham Championship Show 4th September

Shannon and Solana was again entered
into the Coventry
Adult Handling Finals 2016 on the last day of City of Birmingham Champ Show.
To get here you had to Qualify at an Open or Championship show through out the year.
It is held over the 3 days of the
show, there are 4 age groups per day. On the last day each of the age group winners compete against each other to get the best of each age group and the the winner is chosen from the final 4, all
judged by Averil Cawthera-Purdy.
Shannon and Solana competed on the
last day in the 17-30 age group. In a class of 23 were awarded 1st place! Then they
had to compete against the other two 17-30 age group winners of which they won! To be Overall Best 17-30 Age Group.
The final was judged before BIS in the Main RIng.
The 4 overall age group winners entered the ring and completed an up and down and round to the end. Shannon and Solana's hard work had paid off as they was awarded Reserve Best Adult Handler 2016!
Solana has made Breed History yet again by being the 1st and ONLY Mexican Hairless (Xoloitzcuintle) to win this award!
We are so proud that Solana has achieved this for the breed.
Horely & District Open Show 28th August 2016
It was a wet and windy day at Ardingly. There was 3 Shanshal dogs entered today. Nicky and Squirrel - Shanshal Well Jel JW take 2nd in PG, Vicki and Joey - Shanshal Essex Boy JW take 1st Open and Bubbles - Shanshal Made in Essex Takes 2nd in Open behind her brother. Joey then goes onto take RBOB.
Joey also done us very proud by qualifying out of 33 entries for the JW Semi Finals Competition at Discover Dogs in october! under Toy Specialist Eddie Bishop.
We can now officially call Binky 'CHAMPION Shanshal Hot Tottie at Chinois' !!

Out of an entry of 14 cresteds under Toy judge Ashlie Pike (Breezelyn) Joey - Shanshal Essex Boy JW takes 1st PG then onto BOB and also Best Special Yearling in Breed!
