In June 2014 Shannon & Solana made Breed & Art World History.
For Shannon's Final Year Art Degree Show, after much talk, Health & Safety and Risk Assessment forms filled out, Solana was brought into the Gallery space to be involved in Shannon's Final Work.
In the gallery space along with them was a large Photography piece, Solana's Pedigree, Crufts Winning Rosettes and a Head study of Solana.
Solana was stood on a green plinth with white fencing surrounding her. The piece was named:
'Beauty is in the eye of the beholder'.
This is to our knowledge, the 1st time a Xoloitzcuintle has ever been used in a Art Gallery as a piece of work in the world.
